    I agree with you that the regions mentioned in your post are some of the best wine growing regions in South Africa. I'd also like to suggest the name of Perdeberg Winery (http://www.perdeberg.co.za), which is located at the foot of the magnificent Paardeberg or “Horse Mountain.” They are known for producing a wide range of award wining wines for both casual and the discerning connoisseur. So, if you're looking for uniquely flavored wines then contact them.
